Dropping/changing 1 person from a Southwest reservation

If I pull up the reservation number and want to change 1 person (can’t decide whether it will cancel or change date) all I see is everyone on the reservation. How can I single out the one person?

You probably need to call. I was possibly going to be in that situation on American and the agent said it couldn't be done online.

Just had to drop someone from mine as well and had to call. Cannot do it online
