Enchantment or Majesty

I'm trying to book a cruise for my 10 year anniversary. We are going by ourselves and will be leaving our three kids at home with grandma. We are only doing a three day cruise. I have it narrowed down to the Enchantment of the Seas out of Miami, or the Majesty of the Seas out of Port Canaveral. The prices of the cruises are about the same, but I'm leaning towards the one out of Miami because it would be easier getting to and from port. I'm trying to find out which one would suit our needs more and if traveling to PC would be worth it. Our main concerns are:

Adult only areas, specifically the pool
Casinos
Food choices, specifically which one has the better speciality restaurants

Also, is a suite worth it? Is one suite amenities better on one ship than the other? When I looked online it mentioned the Concierge Club on the Enchantment, but not the Majesty. Does Majesty have something like this?

Has anyone been on both? Is there something so special about the Majesty that we should opt to go into PC than Miami?

BTW: I'm looking in May 2016.

Enchantment - no contest. Enchantment has an adults only solarium in addition to the two large main pools; the ship is much newer; the range and size of cabins is much better, and Enchantment has a dedicated Concierge Lounge for suite guests. The ship is much better from a layout and space perspective, and we enjoy Chop's steakhouse. We've sailed both classes of ship, and when they announced that Majesty was replacing Enchantment in PC, we booked Carnival Victory for May 2016 rather than sail on Majesty again.

I have a question about Carnival victory is that good ship. I want is the food good what kind of activities that have. I have the option go on this ship. I am planning on going Labor day weekend. The majesty of seas is su

Enchantment for sure. Much more to offer. Suites are great but really not worth the added expense on such a short cruise.
