Florence/Milan on your own Disney Port Adventure help

Hi! We're booked on the 7 night Mediterranean cruise on June 22, 2019. I'm looking for information from anyone who has taken the Milan on Your Own (GN10) or Florence on Your Own (LV03) tours with Disney Port Adventures. I did email the shore excursion department but they had no answers. Specifically I'm looking for a departure time on either tour and where the meeting point was in Florence. I would like to book some museum tickets and I have to try and figure out a time schedule. Thanks!
