Getting to Florida Mall

What is the best way to get to Florida Mall from The Yacht Club. We do not have a car. Is it better to go with Mears Shuttle - does the Yacht Club organise this for you? If so does anyone know what times they run? Is it better to get a taxi - does anyone know the costs of this each way?
