Halloween Help!

Hey all!

We will be in Disney for my son’s first bday.... Halloween! I was wanting to do dinner at Crystal Palace but I know MK closes early for MNSSHP, which we are not going to do this year because my kids can’t stay up that late. How do dining reservations work for this. If the park closes at 6 (hasn’t been announced yet) do I try to make a reservation for 545 or 6? I’m assuming you can’t make the reservation for party hours if your not attending the party, but I also don’t want to eat dinner at 4 pm if possible. I’ve never been here on a party night and don’t k is how to navigate around it!

I think the restaurants stay open pretty late - at least up to 5:00. I know one time when we went we got a 6:15 ADR at Skippers, and the party was officially starting at 7.

ETA: Just checked a party night, and I see reservations up to 5:30.
Also, does your little one have hair? You could make a reservation to get his hair cut at the barber shop on Main Street. Pretty good birthday gift!

Also, I don't think they take dining reservations after the party starts, though they were having special party dining packages last year when we were there at Halloween. If your dining time runs over the 6:00 time, you will just be escorted out when you are finished.

Thanks for all of this! I went and checked the actual page for CP and BOG instead of the app for party nights and it says dinner is up until 5:55. I’m assuming this is the cut off for non Party reservations! I hope he grows some hair as I would love to do the haircut! Such a cute ideas!
