I have 3 tickets for Moonlight Magic at TL on 9/18. Yesterday I sprained my ankle so my group decided not to go. I printed out the confirmation, but didn’t save it to my phone. The link to cancel is a “click here” link and of course I did not save it. Can I just call Member Services? The wait time has been kind of crazy so if I can do it online I would like to. Thanks!
