I am Dauntless! 3.8 lbs to my Disney Weight! (Comments Welcome!)

Thoughts: HAPPY FRIDAY :cheer2:
I did end up buying the new scale and it turns out that ours may be right. I have only compared them twice but the first time I got on they both read the same, the second time I weight the new one said I weighed more than my current one :confused3 I am going to try again tomorrow morning to see, and I'll probably be taking back the new one. I also decided since it appears that my weight hasn't really moved in 3 weeks like MFP is predicting, I decided to up my calories intake to 1500 because maybe I am not getting enough. (Plus it's more comfortable. I want to stay around 1300-1400 at most, but at least I won't feel so guilty for going over.


Today's Menu!
Breakfast: Grande White Chocolate Mocha Frap non-fat no whip
Lunch: Grilled chicken w/lettuce, tomato, a little bit of cheese, black olives and sour cream, with some tortilla pieces
Dinner: 10 homemade chicken nuggets w/ 10 trader tots w/ ketchup
Drinks: Water and diet coke, applejuice, 1 beer
Snacks: Kettle Chips

Total calorie intake: 1,320 calories


Exercise:
Walked/Ran two miles for 25 minutes burned 250 calories
 
I am so happy that I FINALLY saw some progress on the scale this morning! 183.6 lbs! I am down 4 lbs since I started 3 weeks ago! If I keep losing a pound a week I will down to around 175 for my boyfriend's brother's wedding and I will be down to my goal weight by our Fall Disney World trip! :cool1:

Lunch: 12 count grilled nuggets w/ a medium cup of fruit
Dinner: Taco salad w/ground beef, lettuce, jalapeños, sour cream, a little bit of cheese, black olives, and 1/2 shell
Snacks: Chamomile Tea, 3/4 of a crunchwrap supreme
Drinks: Water and Diet Coke

Ended the day at 1,559 calories over by 29

Dinner: Pepper jack and bacon on ciabatta rolls
Snacks: 3 raw broccoli, 5 grape tomatos, and 3 cucumbers w/ a little ranch dressing
Drinks: Lots of water and diet coke

Lunch: Tuna pack w/crackers and apple slices
Dinner: Double Cheeseburger and Fries
Snacks: handfull of grapes and cubed cheese
Drinks: We went out with my new coworkers and I had like 6 drinks so I definitely over did it on my calorie intake for today, but it was a blast!!
Had like 2,000 calories today :(

Happy Weekend! So happy to have some time to breath, relax and just enjoy life! Yesterday night, DBF and I went to a brewery to celebrate the anniversary of our favorite beer and we had a lot of fun. We went straight there after work, and by the time we came home we pretty much went straight to bed. We each had two beers so I definitely went over my calorie limit. That combined with the fact that Aunt Flow decided to check in for a few days, my weight will probably not have gone down since my last weigh-in. But we will see tomorrow! :cool1:

Friday's Menu!
Breakfast: Banana and half a Cinnabon
Lunch: Lettuce, edamame, onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and ranch
Dinner: BBQ ranch burger and split a large fry
Snacks: Pub mix and kettle chips w/ dip

I have had a super busy week so far, I can't believe tomorrow will be Friday! I have had no time to exercise because we have been cleaning the apartment and running around trying to get things ready and presentable for the boyfriend's parents who are visiting this week. I won't be able to exercise while they are here either :( Bad week for that. But I have been keeping under my limit of 1590 every day.

This past week/weekend has been horrible for calorie intake. It's always bad when we have company because we pretty much eat out for every meal and we don't exercise... so I am moving on from that and starting over this week. I didn't make the best lunch choice today so I definitely need to exercise today! I did weigh myself this morning and I was back to 185 lbs so I have 6 lbs to lose in order to be out of the 180's for good!

Happy Weekend!!! I weighed in this morning and saw 182.2! I am excited to only be 2 pounds away from seeing the 170's again! :banana:

Here's to another new week! My goal is to cut down on alcoholic beverages this week. Also, I have to try to exercise 4 times this week. I have to kick it into high gear because these wedding are about 4 weeks away! :scared1:
