I am Dauntless! 3.8 lbs to my Disney Weight! (Comments Welcome!)

It's such a beautiful day here in Iowa! It's 77 degrees and sunny so I am taking advantage of it and sitting outside on the balcony soaking up the sunshine! Maybe one day I won't be so pasty! :rotfl2:
I woke up today and weighed myself and it still said 182.2 so if that's the case then I haven't moved since last week. I really hope to see the 170's before my 22nd birthday( 19 days away :scared1:).

Breakfast: Nothing (Slept in!)
Lunch: Chick-fil-a Cool Wrap w/ half of a pack of fat-free honey mustard dressing
Dinner: BBQ Nachos
Snacks: Lots of beer, peanuts

Started Aunt Flow so not feeling so good today. I have to exercise but I am not sure if I'll go to yoga class or go for a run. Didn't eat much yesterday but I made up for that in beer. :rolleyes1

Sorry to be MIA for so long! I went to Colorado for my 4 day weekend so I didn't really do much in the way of exercise, but I did manage to eat. :lmao:
I am back in town for today, but the DBF and I leave again for the 4 days for a wedding. I am not quite where I hoped I would be weight wise. I keep teetering between 181-183 depending on the day. So sadly I don't think I'll see the 170's by this first wedding. But at least I will have about 2 weeks until the "big" wedding to try and get there. I can lose 3 pounds in 2 weeks right!?

When I was going through some of my old things this past weekend, I found a journal entry of my weight loss progress back from 2010, and I cannot believe how fast I was dropping weight. I went from 192 lbs to 166 lbs in 3 months. 26 lbs in 3 months is pretty amazing. That's 10 lbs a month. Right now I am barely cranking out a 2.5 pound loss a month. :rotfl: Going on the mirena really affected the ease of weight loss even after being off of it, but a loss is a loss, I just got to keep going!

One wedding down, one more to go! From Thursday-Sun I basically ate and drank WAAAY too much and didn't exercise. I'm horrible, I know! I didn't track myfitnesspal the whole time. :worried:
I have 10 days until we leave for the next wedding, so I have to buckle down and watch what I eat for 10 days. I can do it! I want to---have to---see the elusive 170's by that time!

I am getting a little discouraged because I feel like I definitely will not be making my goal by next Thursday. I haven't had time to catch up and when I do have time to exercise I am just so tired. But I have to keep on trucking. If I exercise today, tomorrow and Saturday, then Monday next week at least that's 4 days.

I weighed myself this morning and it looks like I am back up to 183. I know I haven't been exercising as much but I have been eating more than I should. I am disappointed that I haven't made it to my goal for next Thursday. :sad1:

Once I get back from this other wedding on July 2nd I have to get back on track. I am going back out to Colorado on August 15th to visit family so I want to see some progress by then. I think I need to try to stay around 1300 calories for my intake and I need to try to exercise at least 4 times a week. I want to see the lower 170's by then. Hopefully even the 160's. :flower3:
 
You might want to look at the types of foods you are eating. You've got lots of carbs, and lots of eating out going on. Add in more fruits and especially vegetables. Look for foods that are lower in calorie, but higher in fiber to keep you full longer. What I have been doing is ultra low calorie during the week (usually 1000 calories a day), however, on the weekends, I am free to eat whatever. Using this method, I have lost over 30 pounds since March 10.
