*I'm Back!* We're getting married..at Disney World!!! Jeff & Kathy's PJ! UPDATE: Let's Party! (9/18)

Such a perfect ceremony with the rain and what you said about your mom....how special! I love it.

What a beautiful wedding! I love the parasols, and they came in handy for that rain! I also love the lock ceremony, I definitely prefer that over a sand ceremony or a candle ceremony. The Roots did such a fantastic job with all of your pictures, especially those ones in the rain!

Those rain pictures are amazing!! And so much more interesting than sunny ones!! The parasols were a nice touch too!!!

Such a sweet and personal ceremony!! Having a family member officiate is seriously the best, it truly makes the ceremony the most personal.

I do honestly believe you are absolutely right with the rain and your mother, 10000%. Such beautiful photos to boot!!

We all decided, and know, that was my mom's way of letting us know she was there. I love all of our rain pictures! They are some of my favorites!

Now I know what you mean about your Mom showing you she was there with you! I am so glad that you didn't let a little rain ruin your day! Your photos look amazing, the rain adds a whole new dimension to them!

Thank you! We absolutely loved our ceremony! It was a perfect day, rain and all!

Thank you! The parasol's did come in handy! Sadly the pink ones color ran on some people, but they were all cool about it! I loved our lock ceremony at well, definitely unique!

Thank you! I wouldn't have wanted the day to go any other way! It was perfect exactly the way it was!

Yep! She definitely let us know! Couldn't give that away till now though ;) My husband and I are very laid back people. It takes quite a bit to work to get us upset about something, not quite as much for me, but even if I do get upset it lasts for all of about 5-10 minutes then I'm good. Our rain photos are some of my favorite!

love the rain pictures!!

Thank you!!

Well, we just returned from our honeymoon and it was AMAZING!!! I will work on finishing up our wedding day and get to our honeymoon as soon as possible!

While we were gone though, I got an offer for a summer teaching position! I am super excited about it! (who gets a job offer while on their honeymoon cruise!) I am pretty free this weekend but have some training next week so I will update as much as I possibly can!

Saturday October 10th Part 9: Post Ceremony Pics

Once the ceremony was over, we were ushered into a hallway in the resort. A few guests had followed us the back way, so we had a sorta reception line :rotfl: So we hugged and greeted them, then walked back past the pool area into the lobby. We had lots of people congratulating us, and telling us rain was good luck! Once we got to the lobby, we were hoping the rain would let up soon, but until then we decided it might be best to have Mary put my train up. So there we are, in the middle of the lobby with the guys in a semi circle to kinda hide me, trying to figure out how to put my train up. It was rather comical! I wish we had a picture but sadly we don't :(

After we got my train figured out, we headed outside to the balcony for some pictures.

I love this :)

Jeff and his sister

The guys hanging out, waiting for us to be finished.

Pretty bridesmaid flowers!

My beautiful flowers! I absolutely LOVED them!

Got show off the bling

And then, it was time for the bridal party to go enjoy the cocktail hour while we got some pictures of just us :)

Watching my ladies leave...bye ladies!

Then we made our way inside to the hallway of the hotel lobby towards the inn. The next pictures are some of my favorites, and it was mostly Nathan wanted to play and try something new! I loved it!

Just chillin at the bar ;)

I kept sticking my tongue out at Jeff to make him laugh, and Nathan finally got a picture of it. I don't know how many times I had done it before then.

After that we moved downstairs to the boardwalk, and Nathan got this pretty cool picture of the reflection in the elevator.

Saturday October 10th Part 10: Post Ceremony Pics

The rain had made its way out of the area so we were able to get lots of pictures out on the boardwalk area. I love just about all of them so it will be hard to narrow it down!

We had to wait a minute or two for the area to clear out to get these pictures

A cute picture, and you can get a good look at my hair in this one

At this point, I decided to take out my veil. I remember talking to Jensey about it, and she said I could do it whenever. I kinda like having some with and some without

And then....one of the groomsmen's girlfriend walked past. The girls had gone up to dry off and she had a little surprise for us with her!

Mickey ears!! I love them so much!

They said "Mr. Coleman 10/10/15" and "Mrs. Coleman 10/10/15" on them. They specifically went to MK to get them for us! Next it was time to move on to our next area.

Can you guess from this picture where we went?

More walking. By this time I had taken off my shoes. I knew I would at some point, but didn't think I would quite yet. I really wish I had looked harder for some nice scandals.

We're getting closer to ADH!

I don't know why, but I love pictures by this wall. While we were getting these, one of my good friends arrived with her daughter!

She was at the ceremony but left her daughter in the hotel with her mom so she could take a nap, and be fresh for the rest of the night!

I love so many of these, it was hard to pick!

Hey!! We made it!!
We had finally worked our way around to ADH. At this point, it was time for The Root's and Trinity to prepare for the entrance and stuff. So we went inside and they offered to get us drinks. At this point, I just wanted some water! Since the rain had left it was a bit humid out. They kept asking if I wanted something else but I was like just water, when I'm ready for alcohol I'll tell you! :rotfl2:

Next up: Reception pictures

I love your Boardwalk pictures, they're so cute and fun and full of love! The ones with the bikes are hands down perfect, they belong on a wall!

I can't wait to see more of the party!!!!

Thank you! I love the bike pictures too! There were a bunch more but theres only so much space to post pictures! :rotfl: Plus a lot of them were kissy pictures, and I figure people only want to see so many kissy pictures haha!

I just got back from my workshop/conference so I will hopefully have a couple posts tomorrow!

just tuning in but all of your pictures are gorgeous!

Thank you so much! The Root's did an amazing job!

Wow love the pics - and the Mickey ears!!! How sweet!! and what a cute surprise!!

Thanks! The Mickey ears were so cute! I really love them! I'm so glad they thought about doing that, it was such a good idea!

The pics are so nice! I especially love the black and white pic of you both and the pic with the Mickey ears. What a gorgeous wedding!

Saturday October 10 Part 11: Reception Details

So when I left of, we had finally made our way to the ADH. We walked in and everyone was upstairs. They asked for our drink orders, and after them asking several times what I wanted I finally gave in and ordered an amaretto stone sour. I wasn't even thinking at the time, that's just my usual drink. But amaretto wasn't one of our alcohols. BUT they sent someone over to get amaretto just for me :) guess it pays to be the bride lol. They did have a "specialty drink" that my sister got and let me try. It was sooo good! Everyone loved it. We aren't sure what all was in it but when I emailed Carol later she said if it had cranberry juice the bartender said it was probably cranberry juice, vodka, sprite, and either pineapple juice or sweet and sour.

While we waited for our drinks, the Roots went around and took pictures.

One of our centerpieces. We did a mix of tall and short on the floor.

The other centerpiece

The centerpieces on the upper level tables. I really liked these

Head table. I absolutely LOVED this! It was so pretty. Tall flower arrangements on each end, with a sprinkling of rose petals swirled along the front, with a pretty arrangement in the middle!

Before we sat down to eat our cocktail food, Jeff and I went over to look at the cake. I made sure to let the Root's know we were going, since there was the surprise on the cake for Jeff.

He really liked his surprise! Here are some pictures of the cake.

One of the hidden Mickey's on our cake! I was obsessed!

Jeff's surprise! I think he really liked it!

Another hidden Mickey I didn't even notice on the day!

The cake serving set Jeff's mom got us

Our adorable escort cards/favors! They were chocolate name tags. The girls were in pink, and the boys in silver. Then, to help everyone find where their tables are, we had a seating chart next to the table with the escort cards.

I really liked the way they did this!

The cute Mickey and Minnie on our buffet table! They are so gosh darn cute!

Our guests started making their way to their tables!

Since they were getting seated, that meant it was time for us to make our way upstairs to get ready for introductions!! Next up: Introductions and First Dance (possibly parent dances haha)

I am in LOVE with the hidden Mickeys in the swirls on your cake! So glad Jeff liked his surprise. :) Your colors always make me happy to see! :D We are going with a much darker palette in ADH, so I'm curious to see how much the colors change the space. :)

Your photos are amazing and you look gorgeous! I love the decor in ADH. Your choices looked beautiful! Especially the floral. The colors are so bright and cheery! The cake looks amazing!! My husband loves soccer too. What a cute idea!!

Those photos are amazing. I just love the colors of your reception. So bright and colorful. They really pop! Those escort cards/favors are a really cute idea too. I wonder how many people ate them right away.:p I know I would have!

That cake is really sweet too with all the hidden mickeys and your wonderful wedding colors!
