Hi Ho Campers!! How was your week? 
Well, it was certainly an interesting one to say the least here at the Saturday Night Chat Institute Of Wine, Pizza, and Television Studies. Not only did we continue to spend 25 hours a day experimenting and researching new and exciting ways to make your chat experience more fulfilling; but because the construction of our brand new digs is still not completed, we were forced to set up a temporary headquarters that is. . . well. . . let's just say less then perfect. . .
Although the good folks at Bald Knob Construction and Moon-shining Inc have certainly done their best to get the project going, it became obvious after the third or fourth knife fight between hillbilly workers high on Liquid Nails that things were not going to be done as quickly as we hoped. And since running the Institute out of a PO Box was just not cutting it, Marla and I sat down, put pencil to paper, projected our budget, trimmed the fat, and leased the best facility we could afford. . . a '67 Dodge Dart. . .
As I mentioned, it is not exactly the quality facilities we are used to. . . but we can run the air conditioner once in a while, and at night we can pick up local talk shows from Butte, Montana on the AM radio. . .
Yes, conditions are rough, but we have persevered by drawing strength from an old saying we have here at the . . . uhhhh. . . . Dodge. . . "WARNING! Concrete Blocks!! Do Not Use As Flotation Device" . . .
Any-hoo, after being cooped all week, I suggested to Marla that we head for wide open spaces tonight. . . so she took off for Chicago. . .
. . but thank goodness our good friend Marsha was kind enough enough to volunteer to fill-in. . . So tonight, Disney After Dark will be heading to Disney's newest resort, The Animal Kingdom Lodge, where we'll be eating, drinking, and watching animals on the Savannah at Boma!!!!

That's right kids, it's a jungle out there! We will dine on a buffet of authentic African cuisine like banana-wrapped Mahi-Mahi, chicken-corn stew, and beer. . . . . . while watching wild animals wander around, chew grass, and sleep for our entertainment. . .

So why not come by and join the fun? As always, the food, drink and fun are on the house, and everyone is invited. . . so fire up your computer, and join your chat hosts Mackey-Mouse and WillyJ. this Saturday night in the Main Chat Lobby at 9PM EST. It's a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to hang out with your fellow DIS'ers and get to know each other better in a relaxed, informal Atmosphere. As always, general Disney or Universal questions are encouraged and appreciated, and there will be a room full of Orlando veterans there to help you out. . .
