LMTC Disneyland tickets no longer available?/Information on Refunds

Just an update and plug for Kalia -- I heard back from her today that my refund is in flight and I should see it back in 7-10 days. So I'm not considering this closed until I see the $$ back, but good signs that it's progressing.

Check your bank account. Mine is already pending as of today!

Thank you! I emailed Kalia with no response, and tried the new email today but it's undeliverable 😔If you can message me the email address you received the email from, that might help.

This is the email I received the voucher from. I sent two emails to Kalia and she replied to the second. She had forwarded my issue to another person and I don’t see their email address in the thread. I’ll keep looking as there were 3 or 4 messages within the company verifying that they hadn’t sent the ticket previously, etc.

I used this email today and received a response in just a couple hours. The hotel beds response was to Kalia and me, telling Kalia that they've canceled my vouchers on their end and asking Kalia to please do the refund. I thought the details might be of interest to anyone else in a similar situation.

Thanks again to Betty for continuing to help with this. She's gone far beyond the call of duty. Any business would be lucky to have her representing them.

FYI, for anyone following along, my refund was resolved. I'm honestly not sure if it was resolved via my credit card company or LMTC directly -- I saw a pending credit for one day, which never actually posted. But a few days later the credit card company issued me a permanent credit for my ticket purchase and indicated that my dispute was resolved. Either way, I got my $$ back, so am happy now.
