We just got back from a wonderful New years celebration at Aulani. Booked 7 days (5 in a deluxe room and 2 in a one bedroom).
The deluxe room had awesome views. No complaints.
Last 3 days were interesting.
So, after our long stay at the deluxe bedroom, we transfered to a 1-bedroom villa (room 283) for the resr of our stay. Moving in was a breeze.
Spent our first night in the villa, no problems.
Woke up, get breakfast going for my family. To our surpise, someone(something) munched on the cover for our shoestring fries(chips). Also, we discovered bites on our hawaiian bread. Dang! We have a mouse on the loose! This is definitely not good.
To make the long story short, we talked to aulani management regarding the rodent problem. Solution: they moved us up(room 871) and gave us $100 for the incovenience.
What else can I do to make them realize it is not worth a hundred dollars. Feels like they treated it like it is not a big of a deal.
Please advice.
Thanks guys!
