Just booked an APH rate and this message is on my confirmation email.

I was planning to will-call the AP from the ticket gates on our first morning (i.e. after we have checked-in). Will this cause an issue?

You need to show your AP at anytime during your stay. If they ask, tell them you are picking it up and will show it later, no problems.:thumbsup2
 
We didn't have any issues. I showed my annual pass at checkout, a full 3 days after our arrival. No problems.
