try calling the computer specialist number i posted above..

here it is again - 0800 16 90 749

this was the number for the disney computer software specialists that i called two years ago....
the man who answered was clearly not a typical CM....he was able to help me right away...
but that was two years ago....but perhaps it still works...
why not try it and see if they can help....

Are you staying in OKW or SSR I am booked for OKW a man from Disney Travel Company rang me to advise of the booking dates being at 11 months out etc due to it being a DVC Unit and that I wouldn't be able to link until 10 months out so the 300 mark.

Just to update on this the reservation has linked today, we're 458 days out and didn't need a second number. I just tried it today as I have each day and this time it linked...

I'm booked through Ocean Florida (as combining NY with Disney Florida). Staying onsite Riverside and just over 460 days out. Tried phoning the number on My Disney Experience and it was just a long tone every time. Managed to get a different number to try from OFlorida and after several Muzak hell attempts, finally got to speak to a human. Told me it wouldn't link till about 200 days out!!!!

Anyone else had issues with non-direct Disney bookings? Or are they added last or something!?

Just wanted to view the site and see what's in there as I know there's plenty of time to go..(call me impatient lol!)

Ooh another piece of different information - 200 days this time.

I didn't book direct with Disney and mine linked at 480. I think it's just pot luck when they are added to the system and you need to keep trying.

I m finally connected to MDE . I phoned today to make a change to my booking and mentioned how I couldn't connect and he gave me a new number and it worked.
