When are the best days to visit IOA and Studios parks? we will be there Halloween week Tues-Fri. We would like to spend one day in each park. Thanks for the advice.

Will you be able to participate in Early Entry? If so EE days are as follows:

Universal Studios Sundays and Thursdays
Islands of Adventure Mondays and Wednesdays

In that case IOA would be for Weds and USF on Thursday. Octobers are generally not too crowded during the day so with or without EE you can enjoy the parks on any of your days.
