A new rental plan has been added for the DVC Rent/Transfer Board.
In addition to the Gold and Premium rental plans in place since 2011, the Platinum plan has been added as a result of suggestions from DVC Members using the Rent/Transfer Board.
The Platinum rental plan is available to those registered on the DISboards for at least six (6) months. It allows up to six (6) rental threads from the registration date, including up to two (2) existing reservations. One of those existing reservations may be offered within 11 months of the arrival date and the other is allowed within 30 days of the arrival date. The cost of the Platinum rental plan is $99.95.
The Gold rental plan allows up to six (6) rental threads, including up to two (2) existing reservations offered within 30 days of the arrival date. The cost of the Gold rental plan is still $24.95 for those registered at least 6 months and $49.95 for those not registered for 6 months.
The Premium rental plan allows for up to eight (8) rental threads, including up to three (3) existing reservations without regard for the arrival date within 11 months. The Premium rental plan is available to those registered at least 6 months and the cost is still $199.95.
Those with at least 50 non-Rent/Transfer posts, evenly distributed over the past six (6) months may use the DVC Rent/Transfer Board without paying a fee. Those meeting the posting requirement are allowed up to six (6) rental threads including up to two (2) existing reservations offered within 30 days of the arrival date. 'Evenly distributed' expects a minimum of 50 posts including at least 8 posts in four of the previous 6 months (a minimum of 2 posts per week over 6 months will meet the requirement).
