No expiration tickets - how to check?

We had no-expiration multi-days hopper tix that I purchased couple years back. How can I check the # of days left / history on them? They're linked to my MDE accounts but I couldn't figure out how to look at the details.
 
I called about this. Scan the front and back of the tickets, and scan your id.

Put the scans with your phone number and contact information into an email and send to Disney. Max size of message is 2MB.

Send to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com

It can take 7-14 days for them to process.

TIP: If your email has gone through, you will receive a canned auto response from them within minutes. Do NOT attempt to send more than 1 ticket (both sides) and a receipt in each email. Send multiple emails and label them with your name, trip date and 1 of 4, etc in the SUBJECT line. I learned the hard way that my emails that appeared to go through, actually did not.
