So, has anyone heard (seen) any rumors on extended park hours &/or nightly RoL performances being extended through Sept? Crowds in Avatarland have been steady I think & wait times mostly managed by on site guests being able to access the area during extended hours...

One thing to keep in mind is this is the busiest time of year, too. I haven't heard anything about extended hours through September but it sure would be nice/awesome if they did. Here's hoping!

Just purchased MNSSHP tickets. I always feel so silly and guilty trick or treating because I don't want to take away form the kids, but my husband says it's to take home to the grand kids anyway. (As he systematically hunts for every single Snickers bar the day before we get home.....) Is it socially acceptable for us, as adults , to trick or treat? We have been once before and did a few stops, but I quit because I felt silly. I am a Halloween NUT and just love the general atmosphere and the parade, but always feel funny about taking candy for the kids.

Ummm, yes! You are paying the same amount for your ticket as someone with kids so trick-or-treat away! Last 2 years DH took my youngest (9) on rides while myself and my older kids (20/22) went on different rides. We didn't pass up any candy stop while going ride to ride.

Which restaurant do u have an ADR at 6:10 for? Because 180 days out you couldn't book CRT, BOG, or CP past 6:00. Just recently they opened up booking for these past 6:00 under MNSSHP page. It clearly says you need a ticket.

*Magic Kingdom closing extended from 6 pm until 8 pm on the 28th
*Festival of Fantasy parade at MK will be moved to a 2:00 start time beginning on August 20th
*Frozen dessert party replaces illuminations dessert party starting July 17. Booking starts June 15.

So DH's friend is letting us use their DVC points for this trip. We are staying at the Poly and then Saratoga. She just has to transfer our info over onto the ressie.
She has been really busy lately and hasn't sent me the info yet. I'm bouncing off the walls!!! I do not like not being "in charge" of my vacation! lol!
I so want all of the confirmations in my hand! I haven't bought our tickets yet because I am a little paranoid. May sound stupid, but I did book our flight...lol.
I'm hoping she gets me all the info by tonight. She did send over the list of groceries that we can have sent to our room. Umm...thank you but I would love to have a confirmation that we even have a room!
Sorry to vent...I am really super excited because this whole trip came as a surprise and I should be grateful...and I AM...but I just need all my ducks in a row.
I already started my planning binder and having blank pages for confirmations is driving me nuts!
