Photo Pass Help

For a recent trip to WDW my family pre-purchased Photo Pass. Now, when we look at the photos online, all but one of our family members have the Photo Pass watermark through the photos. Anyone else experience this? How do we remove it?
 
Contact PhotoPass support right away at (407) 560-4300.

Explain the situation to them and ask if they can help. If you have all of the correct information that they would need to show that you purchased it, what reservation it was linked to, and who was IN that reservation, then they should be able to get the watermarks removed so you can download.
