Problem with Disney Movie Rewards

Has anyone gone to log in to their account to find that their account has been completely wiped out? I am talking not just my points, but everything. I had an email address issue and the one isn't working that was linked to it, but the site would not let me change it without creating a brand new account. I lost over 3,000 points. I know that isn't much, but still. I emailed them, but I was wondering if anyone had ideas or suggestions???? TIA.
 
I had a similar problem over a year ago. After I e-mailed them, they were able to fix everything. My suggestion is to keep following up. If I remember correctly, it took several days before I received an initial response. But after that, it was pretty quick to fix.

For 3,000 points, I think it is worth the effort. Good luck.
