PS for 15 question

If you have PS's for 15 people and only some of your party shows up (due to travel arrangements, getting lost, etc.) do they charge you $25 for each person missing? I know when I made the PS's that they said if we didn't show up at all that they would charge us $25 per person...not sure if they charge you if not everyone shows up. Thanks for the help!

I had to make ps's for 16 in August and the cm told me that you probably won't be charged if 1 or 2 don't show (which happened to us) but only if 7 or 8 don't show. So, in other words, most of the party. Hope that helps!
