Our old tent clearly is to small for our family now... we were looking at this tent size and just wanted to get some advice if this was to large of a tent for the sites before I purchase! Thanks

We have the 16x16 cabin tent. it will fit on a lot of the sites but, we had to change a couple of times because of errant trees and bushes. Remember you have to add room for the guy lines and various poles.

If you are planning on using it at the Fort outside of January and February, I'd go with the 16X16. It is the only one with an A/C boot.

I would have to agree with about the A/C boot. As for tent sizes, if you stay around the 20x20 size you will be fine. I have a 20x17 and I can fit on, so far every tent and full hookup site that I have been assigned with the only problem being that I cant use the charcoal grill. Some are located in the back corner of the site, :confused3 and our tent is too close to use it.

My DH has been looking at that same tent! I saw your other thread that mentions your children. The description of the 14-person tent said it has 4 doors, one into each room. That would be a concern of mine, and especially if either of your kids are runners/elopers. Just something to think about with the various designs.

Enjoy your vacation!

Thanks everyone!! We actually went with this one!

That was actually a huge concern of mine! Which is why we went with the one above! Plus the Ac Vents lol!

Excellent choice! This is the one I would have chosen as well. The fact that it's an instant tent, and cabin style with a/c boot won out. Instant tents are a dream come true for tent campers.

You will not a problem with it fitting on the sites. We've had a pop up camper, a 12'x20 tent and a 12'x 10' all on a tent site with no problem. They all fit within the site, or we would not have had them. We had the pop up half in the driveway part, but still manged to stay within our boundaries have plenty of space for the picnic table and grill.
