Refund Info

My Aug. 3-9,2020 cruise was cancelled. Do I need to contact Disney for a refund or will they contact me? I’m not planning to book another cruise until at least 2022 or there is a vaccine, so I’m not sure what to do to get my money back.

For a refund you need to call DCL, DVC, or your travel agent, whomever you booked your cruise through or transferred the booking to.
