We as a family would get off at each monorail stop and share something at quick serve and walk around the gift shop.
 
A few years ago I was there when they were building the gingerbread houses and was swooning & one of the chefs kindly snuck me a nibble.

I love the Kona Coffee at the Kona Island Coffee Bar but it's only in the morning.

You can take a boat from the MK monorail stop over to both Wilderness Lodge to watch the geyser and look at the concrete animal prints and then boat to Ft Wilderness to see if they are shoeing the horses in the stable & rock on the chairs at the general store (I think there were checker board tables too) then boat back and I am pretty sure it goes by the now defunct Discovery Island.
