Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to know who would like to participate in this.

Sign ups: June 1st 9am pacific time

Due mid- August 22.

Thoughts?

I also want to change up from what we usually do but will go with the majority.

So this is what I am thinking:

Single Element groups: (there will be more smaller groups, but less of a chance you will get something you wont use)

General Fantasyland:
1. Title-
2. Photo Mats-
3.Paper Piecing
4.Decorated Shapes or Inchies

Tea Cups
1. Title-
2. Photo Mats-
3.Paper Piecing
4.Decorated Shapes or Inchies

So you will just pick your element, if you want to do all photo mats, then so be it.

Or option two is:
Regular Mixed groups

These are the tentative groups: please let me know if you want something added. I know it looks like a lot but they are all single element groups limited to 4 people. I will open a subgroup if need be, but they must have minimum 3 players.

Bagging: (to make this go smoothly) Bag your items by sub group i.e, A1. Disneyland Resort, A3. DCA, place in gallon sized bag like normal, then bag both A groups in a second gallon sized bag, so when I pull your Bag A, it will have all your sub groups in it. clear as mud?

Yes, It will have anything and everything Disneyland and DCA that ya'll can think up. I had to run DD to an appt so I just posted the format to get a vote, then I can get the groups up

Settled? hahaha never! We may have to move the closing to the end of june. I'm not sure whats going on with it at the moment. So we will just roll with it. I'll know for sure next week, if anything they can all be shipped to the PO box, I can pick them up and sort them anywhere Take them to my moms house she has a load of empty bedrooms I can use.

World is nice but its not home and its been a long time since we had a DL/DCA swap.
I have never done a single element swap before but if we did that I would be in more groups.
I think dates should be determined by the hostess because she is the one who has to organize, ship, etc. We all have to create but the hostess has to do it all.
Im amused at the thought of people who have one or two trips and then there's us sickos who go 2 or 3 or more times a year!
I wish the cruises had an annual pass!
