Straight point weighted average $86.85. We paid all our closing costs and MF’s where appropriate. Loving every point.

At one time we had 6 contracts, only 2 which were direct purchases. But now we have only 1 contract (OKW - 210 points) that we bought via resale in 2002 for $62 per point.

At one point we had VWL, BCV, and AKL all purchased direct when they were initially offered for sale. But I don't remember what we paid, probably in the $70s/pp or thereabouts. Sold those contracts a few years back and acquired resale OKW for $70/pp and CCV direct for 176-182pp. The CCV numbers seem crazy compared to all my other DVC purchases, but I couldn't pass up a DVC in the main WL building.

2013 160 AKL $70.50 per point resale-contract was loaded. Closed in Mid Oct, had 160 points that ended Nov 30. Pieced together a 4 night studio stay and a 3-4 night 2 BR stay at Saratoga over Thanksgiving week-threw it out on the reservations marketplace, and gained nearly $2500 back within a month of paying 10K for the contract. I could never do that today.
