SSR Trip Report 11/6 to 11/12

[3 Hobbits 2 Disney]

Just back from our first trip ome

• Room was in great shape and ready at 12:00 on Sunday
• Lots of friendly greetings
• Pools and hot tubs...love em
• Anniversary dinner at Al Fredo's great ... ask for Antonio from Sicily
• Bus drivers...2x the bus drivers went out of their way...1 day the MK buses were messed up and the Epcot driver got permission to take us to MK after his drop. Another time, we picked up DD at Mouseketeer Club at 11:30 pm, to go home via DTD, and the bus driver called and got permission to drop us at SSR first

• CM fat fingered our account Tues afternoon and cancelled our card...luckily we were at the pool side bar and not in the parks...They then locked us out of our room...gave us a $60 credit for dinner
• Noisy A/C...sounded like someone dropping a marble on a hardwood floor every time it started

• The TP was a bit harsh....what's in the public areas of the GF is better quality...DD noticed when she was sick on Friday...long time for poolside clean up of DD initial illness
• Signs for extended hours at Epcot are poor as to where to pick up the arm bands.

Could you elaborate on "fat fingered our account and canceled our card?" That doesn't sound good, but I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

Apparently the guest in 2511 had a problem with their account, and when the CM went to make the change, she accidentally did it to 2512. A hassle but not a deal breaker as everyone 'fessed up.
