Surprised @ lack of resort availability Sept- end of year

I'm glad you got a reservation, SSR is a beautiful and underrated resort. I love the proximity to Disney Springs.
But I've never heard of availability only for existing reservations? Is it a new thing?

Sorry, i wasn't clear. I had made the reservation for the 1st 5 nights earlier in the day & WL the last night.

Called back to inquire about waitlisting for standard for the whole stay.

While on phone with CM she 'found' the last night even though it wasn't reflected as available on the website.

Was able to secure it and add to existing reservation, making sure we wouldn't have to move our room the last night.
