Swan Breakfast Places? instead of CL?

HI all ... we currently have Club Level at the Swan, Dec 8-13, and have second thoughts about spending $70 more each night for CL (2 adults & one 13 yrs old son) ... breakfast is probably the only time we will use the CL .... ?where can we get breakfast? if we switch to a non-CL room? ... we're not too keen on Tubbi's at the Dolphin's quality of food when we tried it in the past.

A new place called Fresh just opened up next door at the Dolphin for bkfst and lunch. It has a buffet (don't know if it also has a menu you can order from). Just read one's persons post that it was excellent.

If you just want some coffee and danish or juice or fruit at the Swan these breakfast items are served downstairs at the back lobby bar (pretty much the same stuff that conceirge would have). I guess you can call it like a contiental breakfast (a la carte).

If you're looking for a buffet in the area without characters and a little cheaper than most, the YCG has a nice "mini" type buffet setup with cold and hot food.

These are the options we use when we're not doing a character breakfast (when we stay at the S/D).

Fresh is very good...buffet only for breakfast and lunch.

Spoodles is also supposed to be very good for breakfast. I speak not from experience but from reading other posts.

Actually, you could have a very nice room service breakfast for 3 for well under $70!
