Is it permissible for a person obtaining a reservation through their timeshare (they are not a DVC member) and to then sell that vacation to a 2nd person? Is this cause for a potential problem with Disney? with the reservation?
Thank you.

I seem to recall that Interval International (the only exchange company Disney works with) has a rule against renting exchanges.

It's against II (Interval International) rules to rent an exchange. I personally wouldn't do it. The risk of having my II account suspended wouldn't be worth it to me.

If you have a family member or a friend that would like to go, you could let family use your exchange week with a $39.00 guest certificate.
