Training for a 10K - routes around Beach Club?

Hey there, I am training for a 10 K, but will be at WDW staying at BC 3 weeks before my race. Assuming I have enough energy left over from walking the parks, I'd like to get at least one run in. Anyone have any route suggestions? Ideally I'd like to do 5 miles.

Here are a few Epcot resorts routes I did last year (just hit the Play button at the bottom of the maps to see the animated route):

4.9 mile route: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1099252184
6 mile route (same as 4.9 mile route but adds a loop around HS parking lot): https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1090526683
7 mile route (same as 6 mile route but adds out/back on sidewalk along Buena Vista Drive and an additional loop around HS bus station): https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1093614512

When we stayed at Boardwalk a few years ago, we ran a loop to Hollywood Studios, back around the boardwalk, and around World Showcase (with tickets) if it was open in the morning and not a long line at the Showcase entrance. Can't remember how far one loop was, but I wouldn't think it would take more than 2 such loops to achieve 5 miles.

Maybe one of Opusone's above routes covers something similar to give a better idea -- mainly chiming in to float the idea of going through World Showcase if possible to throw a bit more fun into the mix. ;)

These routes look great. You did them pretty early in the morning though. Were you on the road along epcot resorts blvd or is there sidewalk there?

Yes, I ran them early in the morning because we were going to parks, but you could really run these routes at anytime.

There is a sidewalk all along Epcot Resorts Blvd except for a small portion just before and after the viaduct (between Beach Club Villas and Boardwalk). It's only about 50 feet or so between the back side of Beach Club Villas and the start of the viaduct sidewalk, but it's a little longer, maybe 150 feet, on the other side of the viaduct before getting to a sidewalk by the Boardwalk (although there is some space in the grass on this stretch if needed).

For the longer routes with the loop around DHS parking lot, I stayed just inside the parking lot barriers/poles, so that I was separated from the cars entering DHS. It wasn't bad at all.

ETA: when I say viaduct, the road becomes a tunnel that goes under the boat viaduct. In any case, there is a sidewalk when you go under the viaduct, just not right before and after.

Thanks
I've actually run the DHS parking lot more times that I'd care to admit on different Boardwalk stays. I've also run on a slightly different section of Buena Vista to get from Chelonia Pkwy to Caribbean beach, but I've never run the outside look outside of the Epcot resorts so it's good to know that there is sidewalk there.

The Boardwalk and canal down to DHS is my favorite run on property. I try to do it at least once per trip. I usually do a few loops, head down to DHS, run up to Buena Vista Drive to get in a small hill, and then have breakfast at the Boardwalk Bakery.
