Here is a different question....the vacuums in the units,,,does the hose detach? We want to bring those vacuum bags to compress clothes but want to make sure we can....thanks.

I’ve never used the vacuums so I’m not sure. I have the kind of travel bags that just roll up without having to use a vacuum. I love them!

We have the roll up kind too. We use them just for dirty clothes, so that wrinkles don’t matter, and we use compression bags for packing clean clothes prior to travel.
