Waitlist and website

Does your original reservation/resort NOT show up anymore on the website when you waitlist? I show the day waitlisted at the new resort requested..but my original reservation, at my home resort, doesn't show anymore. Is this correct as is?

If the waitlist is unmatched, you should see both. If the waitlist comes through, the original reservation will be replaced with the waitlist.

ok...just called Member Services. Yes, apparently, the rep CANCELLED my reservation and waitlisted the night. Of course, my original reservation is unavailable. Just had to book another resort, to at least make sure we're in somewhere. So annoying.
