What is open on Main Street prior to rope drop on non-MM day?

We will be going to Disneyland park on Monday 11/25. I'm wondering what, if anything, will be open on Main Street after they let people in the gate but before rope drop and the park really opens. Park hours will be 8-midnight and there is no MM there that day.

I'm mostly interested in grabbing something portable to eat while waiting to get in. If places are open, any recommendations which place and what to get?
