Wheel chair rentals?

My folks just decided to try and join us on our trip this July. My mom has a bit of a hip problem and won't be able to do a whole lot of walking. Does anyone know if you need to reserve a wheelchair in advance or a customer relations # for us to call? We haven't been since '95 so a little rusty at some of this. TIA.

A wheelchair can be rented at guest services without a reservation. If you want a ECV however, which I would recommend because they are so much easier to maneuver, you will have to reserve to make sure you get one for your trip.
