When are Excursions/Drink Packages/ Specialty Dining/ WiFi packages available? (*Cruise Jan 2021)

We have a cruise booked for January 2021 and these items are not available as of yet? When should I look for them online?

It is different with each cruise, I don’t know why. I am cruising Oasis in July and those items are available now, but not for my Anthem cruise in January 2021. Entertainment on my July cruise has not been posted yet.
