Bclydia is right, except you can get priority seating tickets. We got ours when we booked a 5-day parkhopper package through AAA. I think they were in the coupon book they give you. You can also get them if you are concierge at a DLR hotel. There are probably other ways to get them, but these are the only ways I know of. If you have the tickets, you give them to the CM at the ticket booth in front of the theater (the regular line is around the back by TOT). They'll put you in a separate queue and let you enter first. We got front row center seats this way. The characters will come down the main aisles and along the front on the lower level if you want to try to sit there. A couple of them even interacted with our kids a little bit. We have also done regular seating and had excellent seats along the performance aisles.
Now matter how you get in, it's a great show. You will love it!
