144 calories 1.5 g fat 3.2 g fiber -- According to website its 3 pts per serving and serves 4. My batch contained 6 cups so thats 1 ¼ cup per serving. I adjusted some measurements that were in poundage instead of cups, so hopefully its still accurate. If anyone verifies on-line at WW please let me know if its different.
I sprinkled Old Bay seasonings over top just before serving.
(Im sure those who can get real crab it would be even better!)
