I took chicken breasts and cut them in strips then coated them with egg. I then rolled the strips in seasoned parmesan cheese and then quick fried the strips in canola oil. In the meantime, I melted a half stick of I can't believe it's not butter light and combined it with 1/2 bottle of hot sauce. After I removed the strips from the frying pan, I coated them with the hot sauce and butter mixture. Then I placed them on a foil lined cookie sheet and baked them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. I served them with homemade cole slaw (sweetened with Splenda) and my family loved them! DS even said they taste like ones you get in a restaurant. Hi praise indeed.
