Yacht Club Galley

Is this still open? Disney site and Birnbaum don't mention it although Disney has a picture of it. The FAQ here and Deb's Guide both have it listed. Thanks.

Also, I was curious to read on the FAQ that the YC/BC has rooms with double beds and some rooms as small as the All-Stars. Has anyone been in one of these? We've always had queens but never requested it.

There are a select number of rooms at the BC that have two double beds. However, the vast majority of rooms have two queens and a daybed.

The YC Galley has been closed for dinner (some of their menu items have been added for dinner at Yachtsman's Steakhouse). They have since resumed breakfast and lunch at the YC Galley. Here are a few sample menus:

We ate lunch there in October, and it is one of our favorites!

We stayed at the Beach Club, and did get a room with two queens and a daybed. Most of the rooms have it, and I think they are making the smaller rooms king bed only now.
