In my opinion, Tower of Terror and Splash Mountain are better at WDW. Don't miss those. And they still have the Swiss Family Treehouse which I like better than Tarzan. But don't waste your time with Small World and Pirates (blashemy I know). But they are so much shorter than ours, you'll feel cheated.

I do agree about pirates. So short and for me it kind of ruins something when the boats are all bumping into one another and piled up at the end.

Alright all you pirates coming here better call and we'll show you GOOD restaurants.

Hey everybody see the You tube video earlier
"Ive got a jar of dirt"?

Here's my version:

Ive got more posts than Todd! Ive got more posts than Todd......

oops Jeff said it wasn't a horse race---(slapping hand--bad girl bad girl)

Just realized that we blew right past 2,300 without even a mention--I guess we are getting jaded.

Congratulation Judy on 2,300.

We told you that the 1000s are the ones that matter after a while. You guys just took less time. :lmao:

:confused3 :confused3 :confused3
Sounds like good reading...........Mike ---one Mickey bar with Jimmies since that seems to be the form of payment around here for that story.

Actually my mind slipped....u were on 7 as Chris just reprimanded me....oh well you still had a room...:cool1:

As for the story...missed it so no loose lips here...:)

Sounds like a plan! Maybe ye can add a mini-meet invite to thee first page to see if there be any takers!

I would keep it in the summary posts. There is going to be enough info in the first post once this cruise gets booked. :)

Roger----I really think you could replace the current actor playing Gibbs since he hasn't shown up yet.

Todd what dya think? I think he is going to make a good pirate.

Just back for my Tour de Thousand Oaks bike ride (15 miles) and waiting for the Edison to turn the power off for the afternoon. Fixing something in the neighborhood. Thanks for the WDW tips, but my kids are not brave enough to go on Tower or Splash mountian. But my 12yo DD wants to do Mission Space, go figure.

We went to WDW for the first time ever in August. We only went to MK and Epcot, so we didn't get to try the WDW ToT. We went on Mission Space. There is a warning before the ride about keeping your head forward and watching the "show". Well DD and I did this and still came off totally green. DH, however, did everything he could to "enhance" the experience - looking around, talking, etc. - and nothing. He was fine. If we go back, DD and I will try the non-gs version 'cause I couldn't even tell what the ride was about. It hit me right away.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: THAT IS HILARIOUS. Would have loved to see the look of astonishment on his face.

LOL! Actually I got to talk to him in the concierge waiting area of the terminal. He was very nice & politely said he was fine with it just leave him out of it. :lmao:
