I was really tempted to write "No, those are DH's" without a smiley or anything, but then he'd probably wonder why he was getting strange looks at the DIS meet. :rolleyes1

We might even ask him to take off his shoes so we can check out his toes! :lmao: :lmao:

OMG I just remembered that I have not received the letter from my sons doctor that states he has a device in his heart. Everyone remind me to call tomorrow and tell them that I never received it.

We had to do something similar to that when DS had flexable Rods in his leg after Falling off a Mini Harley in Colorado at his Grandparents house.. Broke both his bones in his leg.. Tibia and Fibia.. *can't spell*

Coming home from CO to NJ was fine, the rods were in but the Dr was WITH him at the airport the whole time.. and they let him right through security and stuff cause he couldn't have a hard cast til the swelling went down.. The Dr was leaving on a flight to visit family the same day DS was coming home.. So he took our son right to his gate.. He was flying as an unicompanied minor at the time.. :guilty: The DRs gate was 3 away..

But 2 months later going to WDW, poor kid got stripped searched just about even with a Drs note.. :sad2:

ok well on THAT note... the Dis lagged for 2 minutes before it would post.. So that is my Q to get some Zzzzzzzzzzz :cloud9:

Night All

I'm on call tomorrow 11 - 4, won't know til 10am if I have to go in.. :confused3 If I do I won't see you til late afternoon.. If I don't then I'll see you in the morning..

DS broke his pallet expander thing so I did leave a message today for the Orthodontist so I'm hoping DS can get himself in for an appointment after school but before his work at 5pm.. We were eatting at Crystal Palace for dinner when his side bar snapped.. Thank Goodness it doesn't hurt.. But he said it is annoying cause it sometimes rubs across his gum line when he chews.. :headache:

Ohhh nooo, I hope that doesn't happen to him, I am hoping that since it is so small it might not matter, he said that it would be undetectable after it is covered by his own muscle but he just had surgery the week before school started and don't think that it will be covered by December. Then again he said that it could take up to 2 yrs to see any difference in his heart or it might not heal itself at all but at his 2 wk check up his heart had completely healed itself, only needed .2 to go.

Awww, poor baby..

I'm sure your DS's result with differ then my DS.. Mine had flexable Metal rods that were just inside his skin :scared: It was gross to rub your hand down his leg and feel them  He loved to freak me out with his Leg :scared1:

"MoM" come feel this Lump on my leg.. Is THIS normal ?? :upsidedow :scared:

Tell your DS that it is all worth it in the end. I too went through many painful nights and busted lips and a million mini rubber bands and tons of WAX. to this day I cannot touch my right bottom pointy tooth with a fork, it totally creeps me out and I still wake up in night sweats after dreaming of loosing that tooth.

We try telling that to DS but we get, "I don't care" "You MADE me get these stupid things" "I want them out now!!" :sad2: I'm hoping some day he will remember what a Brat he has been and apologise

Actually DS is a Trooper.. Between his mouth and his leg.. I think he'd take the broken leg all over again to avoid the Orthodontics he has had and will have done..

When I was little my dads leg was shattered by a truck when he was on his motorcycle and they had to attach this thing to their bed to hold the pins together. Anyways he really doesn't have a knee cap anymore and if you touch his knee when it bends you can feel the mush, it feels completely GROSS!!!!!

GOOD night!!! I better go to bed too
