i cant even do a push up its too weak and hurts way too bad! it buckles out

i brokemine at my friends house i jumped on him wen he was bending down and he stood up and i tried to catch myself but still hit my head on the ground and was out cold for 20-25secs

it was funny they picked a random person from the staidum to pick a song that tey would play and some like 50 year old woman requested Soulja Boy and then people were doing the dance on the bleachers! god knows how!
