I was telling James about the POR over the weekend. I told him it's set up like the old south, tsome of the Hotels are like antibellum mansions...etc.

He looks at me like this.......and says' 'They Segregate?"

Kim thanks for the link, I'm still learning all this stuff so I was having trouble finding it. Sorry to hear you still have all your domestic duties even on vacation but it's nice to spend time with family.

Rory I can't believe you are going twice this year, not fair! Well at least I'm going too.

Hi everyone!

DU - tell your nephew that they do NOT segregate in the South - that part of our history is well and truly over. However, many southerners still refer to the civil war as the "recent unpleasantness" or the "Northern Aggression". I kid you not!

The weather is SO weird today. Our high is about 63 and we have wind and rain. The weather men are scratching their heads as to what's going on and there's even a slim possibility that the first tropical storm of the season may form....too weird!

I'm off to get a few things for the TN trip.... speaking of foreign lands - I'm glad all our Chi-town folks made it safely!

It's almost 70 here right now and it's supposed to be up to around 80 tomorrow

i have not been here in a few. been busy you know with softball and the kids. they are doing very well. Kelly's team one sat and Courtney team won today.
we have onther conecert tomorrow and a competeing for band on friday.
So how is everyone doing?

Glad to here all is well. I'm hangin in just waiting for my WDW Vacation.

Came in tonight and my Boss created the work schedule for next month. Not ONLY has me scheduled for my normal days off...he scheduled me to work during my vacation. He pays NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ATTENTION to anything he does.

I've never been a fan of Star Trek. Funny thing tho DU, the only episode I like is "The trouble with tribbles" and I love that episode. TNG was decent. I could stand to sit through that one.

Got a new car yesterday. Well new to me. It is a previous rental vehicle and only has 12,000 miles on it.

Sounds like you are like us...one sports season right to the next. I love watching the games and meets though! I find that to be very relaxing.
