It already was technically. He named his son Prince Michael and made him wear a mask around. Also do you remember him dangling the baby over the balcony railing? Yeah im not a parent but i think thats wrong.

I was completely stunned upon hearing of this tragic news. no matter what people think or do not think we lost someone who was a huge part in music history. i grew up listening to his music as did my mom who is only two years older than he. we are both truly saddened by his passing. may he rest in peace. all my blessings are with his family, friends, and fellow fans!

The first time I saw Captain EO, those furry guys at the beginning scared the crap outta me!! Thanks for posting those videos. Fun memories. I always wished it was still around. In fact, I was asking my mom about Captain EO just this week. I swore when we came out we saw the jumping fountains, but she couldn't remember them.

I was never a big "fan"Of Micheal jackson, but he is just a couple of yrs older than me so I was aaround when he and his brothers became "big" and grew up listening the their music on the radio. His death was such an unexxpected shock.

I thought the same thing. There are several drugs that can cause cardiac arrest. Or maybe he just always had a weak heart..we lost a family member suddenly at 57 due to a massive brain bleed, and the docs said she most likely always had a weak area there.

The autopsy is on Friday, I think.I feel badly for his family. They showed video of him as a child singing and how talented and adorable he was..then you see how he ended up and it's just very sad. I'm not going to make a comment on the pedophile thing..we'll just never know if it happened or not. Part of me says yes, based on some questionable behavior and then I think that there were so many people looking to make a buck of of him., so they extortion thing makes sense.

One of my thoughts too last night watching the news. We saw Capt. WO in 1987 during our first trip to WDW (only MK and EPCOT then). It would be nice for others to see this cute show even if only for a limited time.

No, that family had a mother that "sold" her child to Jackson, and then tried to get more money from him in court. The mother was a criminal too, IMO. But, that does not mean Jackson did not molest the child. Even the jury members said they all believed the child was molested, but they didn't like the mother, so they acquitted him. There was also the other child who's family accepted a multi million dollar out of court settlement from Jackson. They too sold their soul, but for 40 million or so, I guess they figured it was worth it. The kids are the victims here, but we do live in a society that refuses to protect the youngest citizens...our kids. I am sure there will be more accusations coming out soon, because many of his victims are now adults, and will come forward. There was that one young actor who's name escapes me right now that says he was molested by Jackson when he was younger. To me, he was first and foremost a child molester. All the song and dance and moon walking can never make up for that. Ding Dong, the child molester is dead.

R.I.P. Michael and Farrah. Sad week for the entertainment industry this week-Ed, Farrah, and now Michael. MJ was like the Elvis of our time. I grew up listening to his music and watching that moonwalk.

I truly believe MJ was as screwed up as he was because of his father pushing him into show business at such a young age. He never had a childhood and spent his entire adulthood trying to make up for it.

A lot of my childhood memories are of MJ, Madonna and MTV....so I feel a sense of loss. RIP!!!

I also remember him before his weirdness took over. My first trip (that I could remember went when I was 2) was on Springbreak of '93. My 6 month pregnant sister and I went to Epcot for the day and I was able to watch the Captain EO show. I think I even bought a figment plush. He was a great talent and I'm pretty sure there's something in the bible about not judging others unless you want to be judged.
