I thought for sure that I replied to the MK post. Oh well..guess not!
I love the balloon pictures! For some reason, balloons on Main Street just make me smile!
Yay for being under 2 months!!!!!!
Lucky!!!
Wish mine was under two months. Oh well I'll stick with my under four months!
You're both lucky! Mine isn't even on the books yet!
I've been busy lately, and just caught up on the latest installement.
I ALWAYS carry a screwdriver with me. I mean, why wouldn't you. You can fix those obnoxiously wobbly railings, poke the scooter's tires out...all kinds of things.
Actually, this made me think of something semi-related. Last September, my parents, my boyfriend, and I went to Carowinds. There, they have metal detectors you walk through, and if you set it off, they'll search your bag, but if not, you can just walk through. Well, Dad was emptying his pockets of change and realized he still had his pocket knife with him. Rather than walk all the way back to the car, he just asked Taylor to stash it in the inside pocket of the bag he had. Well, sure enough, Taylor sets off the metal detector. They ask him to take off the bag and pass it through by itself. The detector doesn't beep. Taylor walks through, and it goes off. He starts pulling pens and coins out of his pocket (and yes, I know he should've already done this but he never thinks about that, the boy is a walking vending machine sometimes). Walks through again...it beeps. It turns out his iPod was setting it off. We walked into the park, and I looked at my parents and said "Well that's comforting. We're safe from all killer mp3 players, but the knife doesn't set it off." I really would like to know how that darn machine worked.
What a funny story! I have to go through the medical detectors all the time at the courthouse. I set it off EVERY time and they can't figure out why. Thank goodness the Deputies know me since I'm in there almost every day.
Hey! I love hearing from new readers. I try to find "Different" things to take pictures of. Where are you guys staying in July?[/QUOTE said:I had orginally made our reservation for CBR, but then got a great PIN and upgraded to GV at the Poly. The Poly is my dream resort so I am very excited!

Didn't know they had detectors for medicine.

yippee for being under 2 months. I just hit the under 200 days today! I"m in the 100's now!
Yippee for the "nothing serious" from the doctor!
When I went to the courthouse here, I set it off, which I found weird because I literally had NOTHING metal on. They pulled me aside and did the wand, and it turns out the necklace my boyfriend got me was what set it off. I had literally been through detectors at the hospital two weeks before and it never beeped, and I was wearing it then. I guess it just depends on the sensitivity setting?
WOOOOOO HOOOOOO Girl, Disney must know we love them. I got my email today and so did Connie . I sure hope it isn't some kind of late April Fool's joke . I have already started looking at ideas for the party.
