Where was Digi-Darling when I was getting denied at my Kona ADR? :confused3

You did not pay your last bill- better get a printing press...

Well now you just took all the fun out of touring. :sad2:

Yeah, and I forgot to mention that our company does not allow flash photography or flashing other guests (please leave that to your POST HOSTS).

You have me rolling with this! I think we stopped to watch them for about 2.4 minutes... or was it 2 1/2???? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That's about all I can stand- and yet, EVERY TRIP, they impede my touring groove; they're like a bad accident that you have to slow down for.

I'm not sure if you were able to spot any hair feet from that vantage point... :confused3

Only flip flops that morons forgot to take off....

Nice shot!!!!

Thanks! I was ready for that one, because that was my VERY FIRST HM I'd ever found on my own back in 2008!! It has quite a sentimental value, that one.

You don't say???? I never knew.. :confused3

I'd say we're about as divided now as we were then.

LiesaDay1276.jpg

Ooooh, where was that? I don't think I've ever seen that before.

There is a whole area with these little markers somewhere between SE and Soarin'. OK, that was pretty vague, Tim; sorry! I looked for a more exact description on allears, but couldn't find it; maybe someone can help us out. :confused3 I just rememeber that there are maybe 20 or so of these little medallions each with a different Invention throughout time, like the cotton gin, the telephone etc..... They are pretty cool! It really got me to thinking about which one was the most important in history.

I hope your scans went well yesterday... Is the surgery still scheduled for Monday?

They went fine. Maybe too fine... :confused3

After all of that beating and banging I'm glad you took in Soarin' again so you could mellow back out! (well, except for that initial heart flutter as you prepared to board for your flight) ;) Travel through time is never a good thing when you're stressed out from a loud cacophony! :sad2:

And the future must be a really great place Liesa Jetson.......I didn't see one evidence of hairy feet while you zoomed around in your souped up ride vehicle! :yay:

I needed to burn a FiP, otherwise I might have gone to find the homemade paper thing in the other Innoventions. I actually looked at my Mickey Planner book last night, and it literally says, "SE, Innoventions, and Soarin' before Tour"; so I really didn't do too badly at sticking with the planio. :thumbsup2

Those guys get me edgy! It's just loud and chaotic, not relaxing at all. I'm sure a lot of you all love it though... maybe.

Wasnt' that a sweet ride??!! I want one!

Not a movie? Then what good is it? :confused3

I just heard this last night......on the late news. Ba-dum-bum.

Nope, not a movie, but I admit rather obscure; hint #2, it's from an attraction at WDW that most folks never get to.

We have a Civil War here too; and people take it almost as seriously as that one.

How did I miss that NEWS The Civil War is over !!!Marv that means you have to be CIVIL!!!!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

:lmao: Or you could just keep fighting and NOT be civil. The "civil" was is over; the not-so-civil-war has just begun.

Great job POST HOST!!

You got some great shots on SE. That POC camera was working overtime for you.

Yeah I am not fond of the feet seats either. My DS was impressed when I asked and received the top row. I waited to explain why after the ride.

I have NO idea why those 3 turned out!! I took about 50 pictures in there, and only this small handful made it. The Egyptian one was when the ride stopped to load a wheelchair I assume, the others were just plain dumb luck.

Good strategy. I should have been patient and asked for another front row, but was now pushing it to get to the Seedy Tour on time.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

:rotfl2: So, you're going with the NON-civil war tactic.

OOH OOOOH Pick me Pick me.

Between Innoventions West and the Land sign. If you go out the doors closer to the Land from Innoventions and walk a straight line to the Land sign, you will walk right on top of them. :teacher:

You are spot on, pat!!! Thanks for coming to my rescue!!! I dunno, maybe our family is just a large-ish bunch of dorks, but we actually spent a little time there in 2008 and talked about them a bit. It was kinda fun.

Time to resume our tour! Ladies and Gentlemen, FOLLOW THE FLAG…! (Anyone know where that reference is from- hint, it’s NOT a movie!)

Not a movie? Well, I'm out. :confused3

This is your way of getting revenge for my quote game, isn't it?

There will be no stopping in the main walkways, no gouging your fellow guests’ Achilles heels with your strollers, and ABSOLUTELY NO alcoholic beverages carried into the parks in your (stolen) refillable mugs.

Party pooper.

We’re sorry that this excursion won’t be as thrilling as the last one- well, at least the part after this captivating scene:

LiesaDay1250.jpg

There's that guy again! He doesn't look as happy to see you this time, though.

You just made the entire ride shut down because you CAN’T listen to basic instructions about putting your shoes ON THE FLOOR!!! I’m sorry, you’ll have to remain behind for our next attraction.

Not much to say, other than :sad2:

These well-dressed Egyptians are discussing (have been for 40 years- some things never change in politics) ways to tackle the Israelite slavery insurrections and ongoing calamities associated with poor management, tougher security inside the pyramids (as if cursed mummies aren’t enough), and what to do about the growing illiteracy rate. Hieroglyphics are terribly tricky!

They didn't have anything to say about the downfall of Mubarak?

Nice one! I haven't seen that one before.

It’s time to get along and compromise; time to find common ground and link arms. (Please vote for me in 2012!)

Get along and compromise?! In today's political climate? That's crazy talk! :sad2:

These are great for printing checks (your payments are due at the end of this session) and tour guide compliment memos (we like those to be turned in regularly). Thank you for allowing me to be your POST HOST today; I’ve sure enjoyed my time with you!

Uh oh. I didn't realize payment was due. Um...I'm pretty sure I have a check in the car. Mind if I run over and get it?

[drives off]

Ooooh, where was that? I don't think I've ever seen that before.

If I remember, these discs are in the pavement outside the Land pavilion--between there and the monorail track. It might be on the path towards the Seas with Nemo. We spent a few minutes checking it out. Didn't take any pictures, though. :confused3

Not a movie? Then what good is it? :confused3

::yes:: Exactly. :rotfl2:

How are you feeling, Liesa?

I am just so low to the ground that I noticed it as I walked over them. :rotfl2:

As the family runs in all directions, I lag behind and did take the time to read them and I may have spent more time when I was alone.
When in disney I have learned to look up, down and all around because you miss thigs if you don't.

Not a movie? Well, I'm out. :confused3

You'll learn not to cross me. :lmao:

Party pooper.

I know. But for your touring safety, we also recommend you don't do any crazy dancing on any attractions either.

There's that guy again! He doesn't look as happy to see you this time, though.

NO, that's his "smolder". (ok, there's your movie quote, mister.)

Not much to say, other than :sad2:

I can't remember what this was referring to, but since I already used the quote thing, I'll say somethng here so they don't go to waste.

They didn't have anything to say about the downfall of Mubarak?

They are more concerned with modern musicians singing about how people should imitate their walking style.

Nice one! I haven't seen that one before.

There are 2 in SE. But the 2nd is practically impossible to get- it's on the paper of the monk facing you sitting at a copy table, so you have to turn around to see it.

Get along and compromise?! In today's political climate? That's crazy talk! :sad2:

That's why I was wondering about this headline- seems dubious to me.

Uh oh. I didn't realize payment was due. Um...I'm pretty sure I have a check in the car. Mind if I run over and get it?

[drives off]

Is that sort of like "the check's in the mail"?

Bingo!

I gave you one!!! But there's more to life than movies (I tell my kids this all the time); there's chocolate, coffee and the DISBoards. :lmao:

How are you feeling, Liesa?

Crappy.

You and me both, Chickie! It was great getting photos with you!! :lmao:

So true!! So much all around- it'd be a shame to miss so much because you're only focused on getting to the next ride.

Hello POST HOST!!

Riding Soarin with bare feet is actually quite a treat for someone like me who runs around without shoes at home all the time... :rolleyes1

Follow the flag: Flight of Wonders reference??

And the printing press is one of those German inventions which changed the world... Oh and the most famous print Gutenberg made was the bible.

Why hello! What a treat to catch you "on"! :goodvibes I was thinking about you today, as I was contemplating doing a bonus update all about our Christmas. I don't know, maybe it's too late, but I took pictures all throughout the holidays with all of you in mind. I wanted to show you my lebkuchen. Maybe later today??

Anyway, in summer we do the barefoot thing too, but nowadays it 's too COLD. They say snow is again on the way this week. UGH!! I want to get out and start running again, but NOT when it's so cold. :headache:

YES!!!! YOu got it!! Bwana Bob's famous line! Good job! by the way, this was a bit of a test run, for a new game I 'm thinking about starting. There are so many going on now, that I"m really not sure if everyone (or ANYone wants another?)

Yes, I totally remember that from Western Civ. in both high school and university. The first to be put out in vernaculuar, if I recall...

Do Post Hosts accept Pay Pal? :rotfl: Great update! I've never seen that HM before, but, I'll be looking for it next time. :thumbsup2

why, yes, our company will take paypal, pension checks and piggy banks. :lmao::lmao: Anything to keep us in the business of providing quality POST HOST adventures. :rotfl2:

That HM is quite an easy one to spot. Keep your eyes peeled next time! :3dglasses

I'm keeping my eyes peeled for that HM, I likey!

So....guessing I should leave the trashcans and drumsticks at home if I make it down....

then again, pretty sure you have both, sounds like hot tub entertainment to me!

:rotfl:

:rotfl:

Yeah, Amtrak might have to call Homeland Security. I do have both, and I imagine given enough GG slushies it might be funny to play the trashcans while in the hot tub. :lmao: Oh, and they're plastic- might not be quite as brash.
