in BBB, on the top shelf opposite the cash register, is a tiara under a glass case - this is the tiara worn by Anne Hathaway in the movie 'the princess diaries'.
There's been a lot of Disneyland items, but not too many about other areas around the Resort. So, let me try to spark some ideas.
Before Disney California Adventure was built, the entire area in front of Disneyland was the main parking lot. The monorail's track was never moved and at that time the track went right over the central part of the parking lot. Monorail personnel report that the most common phrase uttered by monorail riders was, "I can see our car!"
Ok, your turn. Tell me something random about what it was like before DCA.
We used to hop in the pkng lot shuttle, right in front of the main gate, & ride it over to the DLH just to go to the gift shop (we usually didn't stay there & it was too long a walk).

...The guy who narrates the safety shpeal for Soarin', his voice sounded so familiar that I was sure I had heard it before. It turns out, I was right: his name is Patrick Warburton, and he's the voice of Kronk from Emperor's New Groove, as well as Joe Swanson from Family Guy and Brock Samson from Venture Bros. (among a crapload of other things).
And...
If I'm not mistaken (and that is certainly possible) he is also the voice of the robot droid in the Star Tours queue line who is image scanning the guests (the one on the upper level just before you get your glasses) who keeps saying, "Move along".
Of course, if this isn't correct, I'm sure you all will tell me.
Good one ManusDei!
Hint, look up and behind when you come out of the Heffalump room.Ok, here's one that I'm sure many of you know...
We all know that the Country Bear Jamboree occupied Bear Country at Disneyland (now Critter Country) for many years. Alas, the Country Bears left when Pooh came to town.
But did all the Country Bear characters really leave? If not, who "hung around" and where can they be found???
If you get to pilot the Mark Twain, you also get to sign a log book that is stored for posterity at Disney headquarters in Burbank.
Sometimes, not always. We've done this many times and, maybe, twice gotten the 'souvenir'.i heard you also get a rare souvenir too!!!
