As Feckless mentioned, you can ask for bottles of water from the club level CMs. But if you want to be in control of the water supply, the most convenient way to get a case would probably be to get it from The Marketplace- it may be around $16-$18.

I guess that may be my best bet, i don't mind asking for bottles now and again but out of the 5 of us we drink a lot of water. I take it that its the Dasani? Any other brands?

Has anybody ordered from the Disney Store and had it delivered to the BC? Do they use a courier or regular mail? Will I be charged the extra fee?

It took over 2 weeks but I have read every post from the prior thread til this one! So happy to get to post that we are staying at Beach Club too! When I found this thread 2 weeks ago I replied immediately with our dates so I could be on the Be our Guest list. Sorry Dee for being too impatient to not wait to see how the proper way to request was but thank you for adding me! My group of 13 (5 rooms) were booked at Dolphin for 6/8-6/14. We booked these rooms at a great rate last July but had to book a week later than we wanted because the first of June was already blacked out. It would be our first stay off-site, we traditionally stay at moderates. After my husband and I rented points at BCV for our 15th anniversary in 2010 we were sold on the Epcot area. We didn't want to rent points for 5 studios because paying up front and unrefundable was way too risky, so we chose Dolphin. When we were all together over Thanksgiving I mentioned the new fastpass + system and that we were going to be at an extreme disadvantage. Not to mention I am a huge fan of ME and was already missing the walk to it at the airport and the video on the way. My sister asked what we could do to get back on property. Our options were to book POR again or hope for discounts at BC. After everyone agreed they want to experience an Epcot resort also the decision was made to book BC if we could get the rate less than $350. It was a pretty easy decision since now we wouldn't need transportation $ or have to pay a resort fee. I started checking mousesavers daily and on 1/2 she reported the Disney Visa was released for our dates! We changed our dates back to our desired ones of 6/1-6/8 and were booked after a 45 minute phone call!!! I know you all get it but my excitement shot thru the roof. I was happy to be going to Disney at all before but now I'm in heaven!!! Hubby and I absolutely loved BCV and can not wait to share it with my family. Introducing the Ggibsoodsondolls! We did not request anything else but we did book garden view anyways. Marc and Zach's gf and son are all newbies so this will be a totally new experience for us! 10 days until we try Yacht Club for the 1st time. We've stayed at BC twice, but they were booked up by the time we decided on this trip. My husband has cancer and wanted some "magic" before his surgery, so now we just have to get through the bone scan next Friday and hope we can enjoy our week before we get those results.

We will be at the Beach Club tomorrow!!! So excited. Now if the weather will behave so we can fly out of Indy on time. We are getting snow tonight and into tomorrow. Sayin my prayers that flights don't cancel. Looks like rain this week, 3 out of the 5 days we are there. Hoping the weather isn't as bad as they are predicting. We are determined to have a good time anyway. Thanks to all for the information on this thread. It really has helped my planning!!!

Oh no! That stinks! Not for you so much since you'll get to see your girls.....

When the CM discount came out YC only had availability for three of our five nights. You have no clue how bummed I am! BCV is booked solid (we need a 2 bed villa) as is BLT and BWV. But I'll be back with my family in June. Will you be in town June 6-13?

I guess another greeter will have to call security on me. I'll have to stop there to get a sniff of my favorite lobby! And maybe a Sunken Treasure after I'm done drinking around the world after I've run 13.1 miles. It's a good thing I know where the bathrooms are around the world courtesy of the N's....Nannette and Ninja Mom. Hopefully I'll run fast enough so Buzzy won't catch me!

Hi! Just returned from BCV on Wednesday. When we did the online check-in I requested to be close to the elevator. We have stayed there twice before and the hallway is very long. The only reason you would want to be at the far end of the hallway is if you had a car in the parking lot. This trip we had a room on the 3rd floor around the corner and across the hall from the elevator. It was perfect. We were close to the main building and it helped us make good use of our refillable mugs. When are you going? Have a great trip!

Yes, Dasani. According to the grocery list I have, they also carry gallons of Zephyrhills water, so another option is to bring refillable bottles like camelbacks.

I just had to post that I'm starting to bubble over with excitement. DME vouchers arrived earlier this week and MB arrived yesterday. Right now I'm looking at snow and 9 degrees, but it's so darn windy outside, I can't even imagine what the windchill is. Not to mention they're predicting windchills of -45 Monday/Tuesday. But ... 4 weeks from TODAY we arrive at BC. Sadly, we will miss seeing Teena, but we did have the honor and pleasure of meeting this lovely lady once before. This group is so blessed to have her and so many others that contribute on a regular basis and keep all of us informed.

Yippee! I have checked and checked and now we have the room that we want for all three days- no changing rooms.

I booked a BC CL Deluxe room with the discount from May 22-25 before our Dream cruise. There will be 5 of us in the room so the Deluxe will be great with the extra space.

We were there a few weeks ago and were as close to Epcot as possible, which was nice if you are going to Epcot. This time we are celebrating our 20th anniversary so besides taking the kids to a water park one day we are just going to hang out at the resort.

I asked for a room close to the main elevators since our main purpose will be the pool/food/concierge club. I believe the concierge room is close to that elevator so just hopping upstairs to go there or downstairs to go to the pool would be perfect. I realize that this is not a guarantee but one can hope...
