I'm working on a running list of comparison photos for our next trip and I have to admit, I'm also keeping an eye out for things to add just for this thread at the same time.
Found our old 1999 Vacation Planning guide (we didn't get there until 2000) but it had a lot of long gone things, including those prices:
I also came across the 2000 Epcot Passport stuff we never used. It had all the Millennium Village stuff as well as a sticker page with half a dozen photo stickers from each country in World Showcase:
It's great that there are now more Dumbo's available to ride. But I do miss seeing this view in the early morning light. (Plus Snow White ride also visible.) Also found our 2000 Christmas party photo with awful backdrop they mailed to our house after the Christmas party. Old Skool, yo.
(banner changed the year after this)
I'm glad the chocolate moose survived, but RIP insane S'More dessert option at Le Cellier!
And finally, when DH had a conference at WDW in 2005 he took my Mickey Weeble (circa 1975, also no longer seen) on a tour with him. Turns out both the giant castle mirror (not a fan) and Pleakley were immortalized with Mickey:
